Hi everyone! Thanks for checking out WorkoutSesh! About 6 months ago I started to workout pretty actively mainly following HIIT workouts that I found on fitness blogs and various fitness apps.
After a while I wanted to customize my own interval workout routines that worked best for me but wasn’t able to find a product that fully meet my needs.
I wanted something that was able:
1. No need to download an app 📲
2. No need to sign up for an account 🔒
3. Preview the workout moves before starting 🏃🏻♀️
4. and free 💵
I initially created WorkoutSesh to allow users to create their own workouts but decided to leave that to the next phase while I gather up a library of exercises.
Meanwhile WorkoutSesh curates workouts that I find super effective coupled with beautiful graphics and typography to keep you motivated!
Let’s get stronger and fitter together! 💪
Do you prefer to workout in the gym or at home? Let me know below!
This is brilliant, congrats on the launch - good variety of workouts to start with already. I like the idea to define my own workouts too, or follow predefined ones, and be able to see who has made them
I have tried it and for me it is perfect. I loved how easy it is to start. Only thing is there may be automatic small pauses between the moves and the next move may be shown as a preview.
@ilknurultanir Thank you for the feedback! Having a preview before the next move is such a great idea!! I will definitely keep this in mind as I iterate on the product :)

Thank you for making this. I'm currently living in Vietnam amidst this corona craze. These will definitely help me bide my time and stay healthy within my apartment. 🙌
@mademyday Hi Marc, I did not license any videos nor do I own any of the gif contents, they are all embedded from giphy and gyfcat and all rights belong to the creator who uploads the gif. All gifs uploaded on giphy are free to be embedded as per their website just like when you use a funny gif :) please let me know if there’s anything I’m not understanding correctly!

@jesstan Well, giphy and gyfcat lets you embed "their" gifs but that doesn't mean the creators of the original videos want them to be used elsewhere. Also they surely didn't upload them there, in the end you could have done that yourself. As long as your site is free I don't think anyone will complain but nevertheless you provide a service with content you haven't created nor licensed nor asked for permission. Just be aware that you could get into trouble, at least if you try to monetize the service somehow.
@mademyday Thanks Marc for shinning light on this. I will do my due diligence and check in with the sources! Putting it upfront that I did not upload any of the gifs myself. I'm also in the midst of slowly converting these gifs to my own content as I am on the route to monetization as well!
@sattu Thanks for checking out WorkoutSesh! I believe workout plans should always be free so I will not be going for the subscription route. Currently leaning towards the advertisements/affiliates model! :)

I can't seem to get it to load on a Surface Pro using Microsoft Windows 10 - any hints?
@patricia_schuler Hi! Hmm I haven’t heard any issues particularly on surface pro. Could you let me know which browser you are using or a screenshot of what the page is displaying? Feel free to email me at jessdesigntan@gmail.com! :)
