Hello Product Hunters! 👋 I’m Holly, the founder and CEO of WorkWIP. We've been working really hard on this project for a long time, and we’re beyond excited (and a little nervous) to finally announce the launch of the MVP version of our platform! As a recruiter with years of experience and also a small business owner, I have agonized over the industry's inefficient and inherently biased hiring process that prioritizes efficiency over humaneness. I was able to first-handedly experience staffing difficulties of small businesses caused by major applicant search platforms charging a ridiculous amount of money that small businesses can’t afford, leaving business owners to put up “we are hiring” signs at the windows or to do word of mouth recruiting, which only goes so far. So I brought together a couple of team members who believe in what we're doing, and finally, this is where we come in. ✅ With a Zillow-like map overview feature, small businesses can increase their visibility to local job seekers more efficiently. ✅ With small-business-focused features such as interview scheduler, dashboard overview, salary negotiator, and many more, small businesses can streamline the entire hiring/staffing process directly on our platform. No more having to juggle application emails, calls, job post websites, walk-ins, etc. ✅ We don't do the "pay-per-click" advertising that other platforms do to rip off small businesses with unexpected $400+ bill per single job post. We adopted "pay-as-you-go" model to provide our service at a fraction of the cost.
