Hi everyone, Thor here, founder of WorkID. I've spent 25+ years in tech hiring. For most of that time the process was inefficient but basically honest. CVs were exaggerated, references were vague, and you sorted it out in conversation. The last two years broke that. AI made it free to apply everywhere, and free to be whoever you like on paper.
