Hi Product Hunt, WorkflowOS is for the part of the job nobody talks about: retyping data out of PDFs. Drop in an invoice, contract, purchase order, proposal or receipt. It works out what the document is and pulls the fields that matter - vendor, document number, dates, currency, totals, taxes, line items - and gives you a confidence score for each document. Then it stops. The extraction sits as a draft and the workflow only completes once a person approves it. The AI never executes a payment and never sends anything on your behalf. That was a deliberate design choice, not a missing feature. Documents are understood in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian, and the interface is available in all six. Free tier is 100 documents a month with no card. Pro is US$49/month. Two things I want to be straight about: email and storage integrations are not connected yet, and PDFs with poor text layers extract less reliably than clean digital documents. Document extraction with no templates: would this break on your invoices?

WorkflowOS launches on Product Hunt tomorrow and I would rather get honest feedback now than applause later.

The problem we kept hitting: most invoice and contract extraction tools want a template per vendor, or dozens of labelled samples, before the first useful result. Fine for a finance team with 200 recurring suppliers. Useless for everyone else.
