Workbench improves over time by learning preferences from your sessions, enabling a built-in compounding engineering workflow. Unlike similar projects, it runs on Claude Code rather than competing with it, spending its own effort on everything around the session instead: setting up the features that already exist but few projects take the time to configure, adding what is missing between them, and making each one a switch away, so the quality of the work goes up while its cost goes down.

I have a graveyard of ideas, each waiting for an evening I didn't have. Workbench lets me move many projects forward at once. Each project gets its own task board, and each task gets its own Claude Code agent in its own git worktree. The agents coordinate to avoid merge conflicts and improve over time, so my job comes down to setting direction and reviewing what lands.
