Woningdossier helps homeowners organize all their home-related documents in one place. Store invoices, warranties, manuals, and maintenance tasks per room, so you always know where everything is when you need it. Woningdossier is currently only in Dutch.
In 2024 I bought my first house, a house that needed a lot of renovations and refurbishments. My wife and me spent a good one and a half year renovating, rebuilding and redecorating everything. This brought us to the primary painpoint: all of the documentation is spread everywhere, from drawers to emails.
Early this year I started my minor Entrepreneurship at my university. They urged us to find a problem and to verify and then solve the problem. This is how I came up with the idea to create a digital solution to centralize and organize administration related to homes.
Woningdossier is a Dutch solution and currently only supports Dutch users. This way it is easier to target a demographic I know more of.
