But the tools we had were either too static (docs, notes, Confluence) or too heavy (enterprise workflow software). So we built WISNOTS, a reusable checklist platform. With WISNOTS you can: 1) Capture recurring processes like New Hire Onboarding or Customer Onboarding 2) Run them again and again, with each run its own instance 3) Assign steps, approvals, and SLAs 4) Keep everything version-controlled so processes never go stale Our vision is simple: make workflows as easy to use as checklists, but structured enough to scale across a company.
