Hey Product Hunt I’m Laur, one of the founders of WiseUnit. We built WiseUnit because maintenance is still one of the most painful parts of property management. A tenant reports an issue, someone has to triage it, find the right vendor, follow up, schedule the visit, get approvals, update the resident, and keep the PMS clean. Most tools help create tickets. We wanted to build something that actually keeps the work moving. WiseUnit uses dedicated AI agents to handle the full maintenance flow end-to-end: tenant intake, triage, vendor coordination, scheduling, approvals, resident updates, and PMS sync. The bigger idea is simple: every property management company works differently, so the AI should adapt to their rules, vendors, approval limits, communication style, and way of working over time. We’re still early, but already working with property management teams in the US, and we’d love feedback from this community.
