Hi, I’m Ludwig, the founder and CEO of Willow.
After 7 years of helping thousands of businesses with their social media, we kept noticing the same problem: sharing expertise on LinkedIn can feel like a second career.
Experts know they need to show up online—but between packed calendars, tight deadlines, and endless tools, they just don’t manage to post consistently.
So we built Will. Will is your own social media assistant who lives inside WhatsApp. No logins. No new tools. No learning curve. Just message Will—like you would a colleague—and get a tailored, ready-to-post draft in minutes.
Will is:
🧠 Smart — learns your voice and remembers past posts.
🚀 Fast — drafts and refines posts in under five minutes
💤 Easy — turns keywords, URLs, or voice notes into clear posts
🎯 Effective — keeps you visible w/o going down the social media rabbit hole.
And we're adding new Will Skills every week.
Now you might think, can’t I just use ChatGPT or another model for this?
You could. But how much time do you waste rewriting and fine-tuning your prompts? And in the end, you still end up with a post that’s tone-deaf and full of s and s when all you wanted was a clean, professional post, right? Then when you finally have something half-decent, the formatting goes wrong when you copy-paste it.
Super frustrating—but never an issue with Will.
So why did we build Will in WhatsApp?
There are more reasons than you might realize. First, we love the conversational nature of WhatsApp. It’s like you’re instructing a real copywriter or content creator (you can even use voice messages).
On top of that, it’s incredibly user-friendly: everything happens in one app, there’s no new login, no new app to download, and—maybe most importantly—you’re not getting sucked into a never-ending feed.
Will was built for people with lots of things to say, but very little time to say them. By giving them a voice, we hope to improve the quality of the Internet, rather than just filling it with more generic fluff.

As a user who had early access before today, I'd like to share what I felt useful.
Default post generation quality is good : Already fits LinkedIn style posting
Personalization based on my past posts : Will catches my writing style and characteristics of my posts well. This can give consistency to my posting activity
Posting directly from WhatsApp is cherry on top. I'm willing to keep using this for LinkedIn posting.
I have a question tho - What number of past posts passes the critical point for style personalization?
Will uses up to 50 recent posts for the personalization, but if you have only one he will try to use that to personalize.
If you feel that one post is not good enough to catch your style, you can ask him to apply the default writing style.
If later on you feel you have enough posts to catch your writing style, you can ask him to apply a personalized writing style again.
You can keep switching back and forth as long as you need.

@hyuntak_lee HI Hyuntak - thanks for chiming in here and sharing your experience. The content quality and personalization are elements we give a lot of attention to.
To answer your question: We try to analyze as many posts as possible, but a good number in terms of posts to allow for great personalization is 50. As you work with Will he keeps learning, so might your style evolve (which happens in a lot of cases), Will will evolve too ;).
Hope this helps and thanks again for the early support 🙌

@ludwig_dumont@koenvs Actually, 1 was my case (I'm a newbie to LinkedIn)! I was amazed how will could generate similar tone with just one past post.
I did gave touch to the generated post with Will, and, just like you said, I felt as if my tone and Will's tone evolved together haha
Will is a good mate for guiding and finalizing post for LinkedIn. Thanks for making this handy tool!
Been following Will's journey on LinkedIn (via Kjell) and I love how smart it is. Not a specific use case for me, but super valuable for anyone who manages social media. All the best for the launch, can't wait to see all the new features you guys push out! :)
Finally, no more dashboard paralysis! The simplicity is 🔥. How does it ensure posts stay personalized and avoid sounding generic? Can we feed it past posts for style consistency?
You don't need to feed Will anything. Just ask him to personalize the writing style and he will study your 50 most recent LinkedIn posts, understand your writing style, and apply it from there on.

@desmond_ren1 Hi Desmond - thanks for your reply and love the enthusiasm! To answer your question: Will will 'read' your last 50 posts to make sure the content it gives you is always 100% on point and on brand. Hope this helps and thanks again for your support!

Just tested it, one word: Wow. That was an effortless experience with a good result. Having such a simple interface to do action like this... makes me think, no interface is the new interface. Well done and good luck with the launch.

The WhatsApp part is smart. No new app, no login, no extra steps. You just text it like a friend. I sent “Need a post about TRIZ and L&D” and 30 seconds later it gave me something I could actually use ,not some vague BS. Tweaked it a bit, posted it, done.
It’s not perfect. Sometimes tone is off or a little generic if you don’t give your personal niche i put. But if they keep training it on better real-world content and add memory/context over time, this could replace 80% of the overcomplicated “content writing” tools out there.
Potential’s huge. But the core idea of an AI that sits in WhatsApp and writes like a ghostwriter who doesn’t sleep is honestly kind of genius.
Love this! writing good content always felt like a chore, even with chatGPT. I’d have the ideas, but actually turning them into posts that sound like me was still too much effort.
Will completely changed that. It just gets my writing style and tone of voice based on my past Linkedin posts, and using WhatsApp makes the process feel ridiculously easy and natural.
It feels less like using a tool, more like texting a smart friend who ghostwrites for you.
For anyone who wants to show up on social media but hates the writing part: this is a game-changer.
I’m a huge fan. Using Will via WhatsApp adds to the feeling you’re speaking with an informed and helpful friend, instead of an AI tool.
I was really impressed with how Will matched the tone of my previous posts & made content that was tailored to my authentic online voice.
I rarely posted on LinkedIn previously but with Will I’m able to schedule and post consistent by creating on my commute in around 5mins.
