Hey Saif, looks great! I was wondering what kinda channels will you support? I think now it's only FB messenger, do you connect with any other ones? livechat? freshchat? that kinda stuff?

Hey @itai_neter Multiple channels are designed for enterprises. Also, we support human handover in closed beta right now for facebook messenger that lets you decide what is the secondary app to receive messages weather it was live chat or CRM you simply connect it with one-click integration. if you are interested in implementing them let me know so I can share more details about them in dm.
