WhoPaid is a simple iOS job payment tracker for freelancers, contractors, home-service workers, and small teams. Add each job, mark it paid, unpaid, or partially paid, track remaining balances, and set follow-up reminders without setting up full accounting software.
Does the app handle multiple clients or just one business per install? Wondering how it stays organized if I juggle a few small gigs at once.
Finally something lighter than QuickBooks for tracking who still owes me. The follow-up reminder setup was surprisingly quick, and I like seeing the running balance per client at a glance.
Love that the three statuses (paid, unpaid, partial) are front and center instead of buried in settings. Makes tracking what you actually still need to collect almost effortless.
How does the reminder system actually work for follow-ups, is it just push notifications or does it tie into calendar apps too?
Does it sync across devices or is everything stored locally on the phone?
