Great book! It explains typical miring mistakes, interview issues (and I could see which ones I made in the past ;-) ) and recommends an approach for hiring to build a capable team. One of the most important lessons, I think, is clear definition of the role and position objective before the search process starts. The book is even beneficial for job candidates - probing if the prospective company has a good definition of the position and the objective is much easier with specific questions from the book. I have done it too - very valuable!
