WEMALO: WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Stefan, founder of WEMALO. Why we built this: Small and mid-sized fulfillment providers do an incredible amount of work for their clients – storing, picking, packing, labeling, handling returns. But when we looked closer, we saw the same problem everywhere: much of that work was never billed. Services were tracked in spreadsheets, forgotten, or simply too complicated to price per client. At the same time, the software available was either built for large enterprises (expensive, months to implement) or for single merchants (no multi-client setup, no service billing). So we built WEMALO around one idea: every movement in the warehouse should automatically become a correctly priced, billable service – per client, per product, even per destination country. How it evolved: We started as a pure warehouse system. Working closely with our logistics partners, billing moved from a "feature" to the core of the product. Today WEMALO also includes a client portal for merchants, full batch and best-before management, and native connectors to Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, JTL, Xentral and major carriers. Pricing is usage-based, so providers mainly pay when they earn.
