Love the product. I’ve been using it for almost two years, and I’m really impressed with how it keeps evolving. It makes it so easy to understand how my feelings connect to what’s happening in my body. The Stress, Energy, and Health meters are the killer feature for me — when I’m not fully tuned in to myself, those numbers help me recognize it and take a break before I burn out.

I’m one of those people who enjoy all of the data I can get on how my body is function. Especially the level of stress and suggestions to lower stress. Also how my heart functions throughout day and then the insights. I like the fact the Welltory not only give you a data point it does tell you that but it gives you insights to improve your heart function. There are nice tracking for stress levels which helps me realize how reactionary I can be. It also gives hints to reduce that stress.

A pretty good app. The info it provides seems pretty good for a phone app. It's obviously not as good as proper medical equipment at a hospital. I don't think any app can do that. But I do find the info it gives me helpful/useful. The tips and hints, + the in-app explanations & educational material are pretty good too. It is well designed, and reasonably easy to get the hang of. The money I paid for this app feels well spent. Thanks Welltory. Keep up the great work.
