This app has been an incredible instrument, adding to my arsenal of health tools. I got to admit I was a bit skeptical of this app however I am very happy with it because it helps me with being in a positive head space and I would recommend it to anyone that like to keep track of their vitals and sleep. It also offers nice soothing hypnotizing meditations 100% absolutely love it !!

I have found this app to be interesting, and helpful to understanding limits to stress and recovery from stress. It took a little while to understand the information and see how it pertained to my own lifestyle and what I could get out of the information to improve my journey to optimal health
