Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Anders, the maker behind Wellsy. This started with a frustration I kept running into: there's a huge gap between knowing what's good for you and actually building the habits day to day. Most wellbeing apps either just track numbers or hand you generic advice, neither really helps you change. So we built Wellsy around proven CBT methods, structured into step-by-step programs for diet, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. You work through lessons at your own pace, log the things that matter (sleep, mood, water, alcohol and more), and keep a private, encrypted journal that connects back to what you're working on. There are also small tools built in, breathing exercises, urge surfing, reminders that adapt to you. It's live now on iOS and Android. Hey everyone

I'm Anders, the maker behind Wellsy.

Like a lot of people, I knew what I should be doing for my health - sleep, stress, drinking less - but knowing and doing turned out to be two very different things. The apps I tried were either endless number-tracking with no direction, or generic advice that changed nothing. What actually helped me was CBT, but real CBT is usually stuck behind a therapist's waiting list.

So we built Wellsy: proven CBT methods turned into structured, step-by-step programs for diet, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. You move through lessons at your own pace, track what matters (sleep, mood, water, alcohol) with daily progress rings, and keep a private, encrypted journal tied to your programs.
