WebRoster: Smart scheduling and attendance for small teams in LATAM

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Xavier, founder of Mindware and creator of WebRoster App. In many small businesses across Latin America, employee schedules are still managed using paper, spreadsheets, or WhatsApp messages. This often creates confusion, missed shifts, and a lot of manual work for managers. We built WebRoster App to provide a simple way for small operational teams to organize shifts, track attendance, and keep everyone aligned — without complex systems or long onboarding processes.
