Excited to share Webcode — a browser-based terminal for Claude Code that lets you code anywhere, anytime.
I built this because I often had ideas I wanted to prototype while commuting, walking, or working from a café — but I didn’t want to be tied to a terminal or dev environment.
What Webcode offers:
Runs entirely in the browser (Chrome/Safari, mobile & desktop)
Secure and open-source — GitHub repo is public and contributions are welcome!
How to use:
Open webcode.sh
It takes 10–15 seconds to load Claude Code (warming up) — please give it a moment and it’ll be ready to go
Once loaded, you can start chatting or coding right away in the terminal in the web
It's still an early version, so I’d love your feedback.
