Wati features are way better than any other service providers in this segment. It's because they have very easy interface and my team can do their job easy in wati like interacting with existing customers or new campaigns. Their automation tools is so easy to setup that it literally take 1 min to connect with keywords to trigger. Chat automation tool is very user friendly.
Expect to get lots of errors, i've been using their service for almost 2 years now. There is a lot of erros, once, they took 3 months just to fix " is writing mesaage " that somehow missing. and now, everyweek, we encounter errors message not sent, account suddenly not verified, cannot login for days and the worse thing, if you tried to contact them they will direct you to whatsapp, but in whatsapp you get directed back again to website, and there you go, goes in circles. email support as slow as gravity on the moon, forget it, just use another BSP.
It's important to consider the people who are behind a business. If your vendor doesn't respect you and your valid concerns like not putting WATI branding and BACKLINK on our website are being disrespected. No point continuing with them. They voluntarily canceled our service mid way without giving us a chance to migrate out and sent a "We will miss you!" emailing mocking us as a customer. One cannot misuse the trust of a customer more than this. Our bad that we did not have a backup option ready, now we will.
