Wati is good. No doubt about it. They should comeout with more fearures but not all features should be added as cost or addon. Their Ad tracking feature is good for CTWA camapigns.

⭐ (1/5) Wati.io - Where your money goes to die Signed up, paid immediately, couldn't even add my WhatsApp number. The system claims my number "already exists" but won't let me proceed. Support? They reply after 3-4 days with templated responses that don't solve anything. Week 2: Still can't use the service, can't get a refund, can't delete my account. My business WhatsApp has been in limbo for days. Save yourself the headache and money. There are better alternatives that actually work.

As an automator who uses multiple WhatsApp APIs and Omnichannels, Wati is the easiest to implement and teach. The UI is easy to understand and the chatbots builder is quite intuitive. Although it’s missing some features and sometimes loads slow, the development team are doing a great job and always keeping me on my toes for new updates
