Very accessible and comprehensive guide! Thanks.
May I ask an unrelated question? If you or a friend made it, may I ask you what technique do you use to make the noise on the 3 first images on the website? For example, this one:
Do you just add a global noise or it is something else? Because I feel like the noise isn't everywhere sometimes, but it may be because of light colors (thus the noise isn't visible as it is white).
(sorry for the unrelated question, I've been liking this so far!)
@akdm_ Hi Anthony! Thanks for your reply. All the chapter images like the one above have a bit of noise as you can see, the website doesn't add noise. The designer (Laura Kolker) added the noise. I could choose between images with or without noise, and I found the images with noise a bit nicer.
@danielverlaan Thanks for your reply Daniël. Yes I know that isn't added by any CSS styling :) My question was indeed what technique did she used to add this noise, as if it's a global (white) noise or something else. But I guess I'll contact her directly!
Thanks again.
@danielverlaan@akdm_ It looks like: Photoshop > Filters > Noise > Add Noise> between 5 to 10%

Very nice looking guide 👍
I really like your typeface choice: "iA Writer Duospace" by @reichenstein (https://ia.net/topics/in-search-...). Big iA Writer fan, so I instantly notice it :)
I thought it is not allowed to use it on the web, there is no licensing option for it (or?), how did you get the agreement?
Also the illustrations are 🚀
@serglotz Hi Sergej, I didn't knew that. Someone suggested the font for better reading, so I looked it up and added it. Shooting a message to @reichenstein right now.
And thanks for the compliment about the illustraties, I'll pass that along to Laura Kolker, the designer :-)

This is cool stuff! I was wondering who your target audience is; while it's necessary to educate the youth on the dangers of the internet, I feel this would also be incredibly helpful to the older generations (like my parents, who continue to fall for "free ram" downloads).
@hasan_liou Hi Hasa, thanks! I wrote Watch Your Hack in a way that my parents understand all the tips too. So yeah, is for basic internet users who aren't that tech savvy :-)
