Hey everyone 👋 I started Warmerly as an email warmup and deliverability tool, basically going head to head with Instantly.ai. But while I was running it alongside my own agency, Octelis, I kept hitting the same wall myself: we run outreach for multiple clients, and every tool I tried was built around one person, one inbox, one sender identity. Managing several clients meant separate logins, constant context switching, or just messy workarounds. That's what pushed me to rebuild Warmerly around agency workspaces instead. It's now a multi-channel outreach tool (email + LinkedIn) built so that running campaigns for several clients is the default, not something bolted on afterwards. I'm building this in parallel with running Octelis day to day, so it's been a slower, more deliberate build than a typical sprint to launch. Right now I'm focused on getting the agencies already trialling it fully set up before pushing for more signups.
