Pretty good, though. the step counter was inconsistent (sometimes counted 1 step as 0 or 2). By the way, a lot of the UI is broken in the iOS9 beta so I'd look into that.
@bryantpeng Hi Bryant, thanks a lot for your feedback. We have tried hard to make the step counter as consistent as possible. The accelerometer detects motion and not steps. But we will try to make it more consistent. Regarding the UI issue : Will you please send me a screenshot at abhinay10 [at] gmail.com so that we can take a look and resolve it asap!
Thanks a lot again.
What a brilliant app! :D It's just what I needed and I use it daily. Thanks for making such an effective product. Once I tried to cheat it by waving it back and forth and it snapped back at me saying 'Stop waving your phone' or something like that hahaha! Well done, guys!
There's a bunch of apps out there that try to wake you up by making you shake the phone or solve puzzles. I like that this keeps it simple - you have to actually start walking with your phone to deactivate the alarm! From the app store description: "You probably think you can cheat the app, right? Try it! The app has smart algorithms to detect when you try to cheat the app by shaking and punishes you by imposing a penalty of extra steps."
