🚀 VYE Multitool: Everything that's shipped since launch (v1.0)

Since the official release, a lot has happened. Here's an overview of the biggest changes:

📄 Quotes & Invoices
Quotes can now come with a legally solid proof of acceptance (name, timestamp, IP address, saveable as a file for any dispute). Shared links are now properly readable on mobile, copying a link automatically sets the status to "Sent", and empty drafts no longer pile up in the list.

🎫 Support straight from the app
Support requests can now be sent directly from VYE Multitool, replies arrive there instead of only by email, and you get notified the moment there's something new, whether "My Requests" is open or not.

📊 Project progress tracking
Every project card now shows how far a project actually is: by files in the delivery folder, by project status, or hidden entirely, whichever you prefer.

🎬 AI generation
New video model Veo 3.1 Fast as a faster alternative. The credit calculator now handles variants correctly, and the model picker is cleaner.

🔑 Sign-in & access
Sign-in and registration got significantly more reliable, a failed attempt no longer wipes what you typed, and a license key can now be entered directly from Settings.

📧 Fresh email design
Confirmations, license keys, and access codes now arrive in a consistent dark look matching the website, instead of plain unbranded text.

Plus countless smaller improvements and fixes: duplicable projects, freely nameable monthly folders, invisible checkboxes fixed, smoother dragging in the Studio timeline, and more.

We re spending the next 3 weeks exclusively on bug fixes, performance, and UX polish before we hit the marketing pedal on Sept 1st.

I replaced 10 business tools with one. Here's what building it actually taught me.

Most small businesses run 8 to 12 different tools just to manage clients, invoices, content, and social media. I've been building an all-in-one alternative for the past year. A few things I learned along the way:

Switching between tools costs more than the tools themselves. Every app you jump into is a new login, a new export/import step, a new place data can silently go out of sync. The real cost isn't the subscriptions, it's the friction between them.
AI pricing shouldn't be a black box. A lot of tools bury AI usage behind vague "contact sales" limits or surprise overage bills. We built VYE Multitool around a simple credit system: you see exactly what a generation costs before you run it, no surprises at the end of the month.
Automation works best when it's invisible. One feature I'm proud of: project status updates itself based on what actually happens, a file lands in a folder, an editing app opens, time passes without activity. No one has to remember to update a status manually.
