Vultrix started because I wanted better, more affordable software for the auto repair shop I work in. It grew into a platform for businesses and individuals to organize, manage, improve, and grow. Industry-specific versions are shaped by what users actually need, while personal accounts help organize everyday life. No plan will exceed $35/month, and most improvements won't raise your price. Your feedback will help shape what I build next.
I'm the creator of Vultrix.
Vultrix started because I work around automotive repair and was frustrated with how expensive and complicated a lot of shop-management software can be. I thought there should be a better and more affordable option, so I decided to build one myself.
As I kept building, I realized the idea could go much further than automotive repair. Businesses in different industries need many of the same core tools, but they also have their own specific workflows. And people who aren't running businesses can still benefit from better tools for managing their finances, schedules, belongings, plans, and everyday life.
That's what I want Vultrix to become: a platform that helps you understand what you're managing, stay organized, improve it, and grow—whether that's a business or your personal life.
I'm also trying to do something different with pricing. I don't want any standard Vultrix plan to ever exceed $35/month. If an industry needs its own specialized version, I'll build around what that industry actually needs while keeping that $35 ceiling. Normal updates and improvements shouldn't mean your bill keeps going up.
But the biggest reason I'm launching here is feedback.
Vultrix is still growing, and I don't want to sit behind a computer and guess what every business or person needs. I want to hear from the people actually using it.
If you try Vultrix, please tell me what you like, what you don't like, what's confusing, what's missing, or even something you wish it could do that I haven't thought of.
I'm happy to take criticism. If something isn't good enough, I want to know so I can make it better.
Thanks for giving Vultrix a chance. I'm excited to see what it can become with real people helping shape it.
