the multi-dialer combined with live monitoring is a surprisingly clean setup, made handling a small outbound campaign way less painful than expected. solid option if you're juggling a lot of calls.
Congrats on the launch. As someone who has managed sales floors, one thing that would make this way more useful is a built-in voicemail drop library with outcome-based presets, so reps can drop pre-recorded messages tied to specific campaigns without bouncing between tools.
honestly the omnichannel setup was smoother than i expected, everything kind of just connects without much fiddling. the live call monitoring is a nice touch too
