Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm the solo maker behind Voxtakes. I built it because of one infuriating moment with an AI dubbing tool: after rendering a whole video, I spotted a single mispronounced brand name — and the "fix" cost me an entire second re-render. That made me realize the problem isn't the AI, it's the architecture: when a dubbed video is one flat audio track, every mistake is expensive. So Voxtakes is built line-first. The translated script is reviewed line by line BEFORE anything renders, and the master is assembled from per-line audio tracks. That's what makes three things possible: • Fix one sentence, pay for one sentence. A single re-dub costs 1 credit — not a full-video re-render. Re-dub it again, A/B the takes, keep the best. • One glossary, every language. Lock your brand terms once; they apply across all 8 target languages, and after rendering the system re-listens to each line to verify your terms actually survived (and tells you which lines it's unsure about). • Economy delivery — if you can wait ~48h, your dub renders in a cheaper window and costs half the credits. Pay with patience or money, your choice. Subtitles, dubbing, or both; burned-in subtitle removal; voice cloning from 15 seconds of your speech. Free tier dubs a 3-minute video end to end. Being upfront about limits: we deliberately do 8 languages really well instead of 30 mediocrely, Arabic is still in beta, and the free tier keeps a small watermark (removal + 1080p on paid plans). Credits never expire and failed renders auto-refund. I'll be around all day answering everything — pricing, architecture, "how is this different from X", bring it on. And if you tell me about a dubbing workflow that annoys you, that might well be the next feature.

What's the worst auto-dub moment you've shipped? Mine was a brand name

A while back I shipped a dub where our own brand name came out as a different word. Not a translation bug a pronunciation bug.
