Librivox has given a gift to the world - free recordings of the world's greatest (and not greatest books). Unfortunately, sometimes the audio is less than perfect and it can make listening to these books a little challenging. Not to mention, most books have a chapter by chapter preamble of "this is a librivox recording, all librivox recordings are in the public domain, etc, etc". Voxelle remasters the audio (you genuinely won't believe how much cleaner and RICHER it sounds - put on some headphones to fully appreciate the difference), and skips all the chapter intros - so you can get into the book quicker. We also wanted to make the books more accessible. Older books (and many of the most important every written) can be difficult to follow - especially in the context of when they were written, what they were written in response to, etc. We're changing that. Exploring Voxelle will leave you with a better understanding of the greatest books ever written and the "Great Conversation" that they unlock. Check out the "Timeline" to get a feel for that.
