We built Vortyx around a simple problem: important work often gets lost because it is scattered across inboxes, conversations, meetings, notes, and tools.

A customer says they will reply next week.
You promise to follow up after checking something.
An approval remains pending.
A teammate commits to something during a call.

These are not always clean tasks. They are open loops.

Traditional task managers work well when someone creates a task and keeps it updated. Vortyx is designed for the work that emerges from conversations and then needs to stay visible until it is actually resolved.

It identifies follow-ups, commitments, waiting items, next steps, and recurring responsibilities across email, voice capture, Slack, and other supported workflows.

More importantly, Vortyx tracks those open loops over time. It keeps the surrounding context and evidence, resurfaces unresolved items when they need attention, and lets you mark them handled when the loop is actually closed.

Because unresolved work can be ambiguous, Vortyx is review-first. It does not autonomously send messages or make decisions on your behalf.
