Smart niche pick, building for agencies too (AI chatbots, not voice). How do you handle the white-label onboarding, do agencies set up client portals themselves or do you provision them? That handoff UX is always the tricky part.

This looks really interesting, especially the idea of client-facing analytics
One thing I noticed: some screens feel a bit "data heavy". For client dashboards, sometimes simplifying the visual hierarchy can make insights easier to grasp

@annatimopheevaΒ Hey Anna, good observation. My main aim was to provision the agencies with all the analytics that are needed to see the granular performance of the agents. The agencies can configure what their clients see, so it's clean on the client portal.
