Voice of Arabic, online since 2001, is a home for the Arabic language and its study. Its directories map Arabic worldwide: where it is taught, country by country; programmes, apps and tools for learners; hundreds of peer-reviewed journals; and linguistic research centres. «Arabic in cards» explains Arabic words, sayings and the language's history in short illustrated cards, in Arabic and English. Plus scholarly articles, a library and verifiable certificates.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Abdulaziz, founder of Voice of Arabic. I started it in 2001 for students and teachers of Arabic; twenty-five years on, it is one of the long-standing homes for Arabic studies on the web.
This launch is about two things you won't easily find elsewhere – both in Arabic and English:
Directories that map Arabic worldwide:
Arabic around the world – universities, schools and centres teaching Arabic, country by country;
programmes for learning Arabic as a second language, and the apps, websites and tools for it;
hundreds of peer-reviewed journals and book series publishing on Arabic, with their indexing;
linguistic research centres, academies and dictionary projects.
Every listing follows published criteria, shows its last review date, and its link is checked every month.
«Arabic in cards»: short illustrated cards on what Arabic gave the world – English words from Arabic, stars with Arabic names, Arabic in the sciences, and what scholars said of the language. Most of them are written for readers who don't know Arabic yet.
Behind them: scholarly articles, a library, and services for researchers and institutions – verifiable certificates, peer-review pages for journals, and advertising – at half price until 13 December.
I'd love your feedback, especially from anyone who teaches, studies or is simply curious about Arabic: what is missing, and what would make it more useful to you?
