Hey Product Hunt! I'm David, a solo founder from Slovenia.
I built Vitali because I couldn't find a wellness tracker that actually considered injuries. Most apps assume you're healthy and just want to lose weight or build muscle. But what about people recovering from ACL surgery, back pain, or a shoulder injury who still want to track their nutrition and stay active?
Vitali asks 11 questions and builds a fully personalized plan in 2 minutes. It tracks nutrition, workouts, water, sleep, supplements and has a dedicated injury & rehabilitation section.
Built it solo with AI assistance. No app store needed, works directly in your browser as a PWA.
Would love your feedback! Happy to answer any questions.

How does the injury section actually tailor exercises for something like an ACL recovery, and does it adjust the plan as you progress or stay static after the initial setup?

@asmin8rkg Great question! Right now it works like this: when you flag an injury (say, ACL), the app shows you a phase-by-phase recovery roadmap — acute, pre/post-op, strengthening, return-to-sport — each with its own safe exercises, ones to avoid, and nutrition/supplement targets scaled to your body weight.
Where you are in that timeline is something you set yourself (and can update anytime in your profile) rather than something the app tracks automatically day-to-day. So it's personalized to your injury and stage, but progressing through stages is currently a manual "I'm ready for the next phase" action, not an auto-adjusting AI coach. Auto-progression based on logged workouts/time is on my radar for a future update.
