I discovered NeoBook, the Rapid Application Development tool for Windows Programs and VisualNEO Win predecessor, back in 2004. I loved how quick and easy it was to develop real world Applications. For more than a decade, it was the best solution for both Citizen Developers and experienced ones. A few years ago, under new Management, VisualNEO Web was substantially enhanced to provide the same speed and ease of development for Web Apps, Native Apps and more. VisualNEO Web uses the same Drag-and-Drop Design Studio and Page-based-Metaphor as its sister facility for building Windows Applications, and easy to understand/use scripting commands for event triggered responses. This allows developers to transition from one facility to another without any learning curve. While most Apps can be built using VisualNEO Web scripts (NeoScript), developers can also intermingle these script commands with Javascript commands. It only takes one click to have the Web App compiled and tested in Chrome, FireFox or MicroSoft Edge, all in the blink of an eye. Since VisualNEO Web is built on top of the JavaScript platform, it makes it easy to exploit the benefits provided by dozens of third party libraries and plugins. VisualNEO Web also has a Tool to build its own plugins that enable developers to deploy their own commands with the same ease as VisualNEO Web native commands. The product is reasonably priced, frequently updated and very well supported on the Discussion Forums. Help files, Tutorials and Sample Programs make it even easier for Developers to build all kinds of Apps from games to business. I have not found a better Development facility in all these years.

Over the years I've used many development platforms for Windows and Web projects. And I started using VisualNeo Web when it was first released. Since that time, the developer is always updating this software, gathering user feedback and actively helping others when possible. While I wouldn't consider VisualNeo Web a No-code platform, it has many similarities and is easy to use. Even If you have limited skills with JavaScript and HTML you should have no problem developing your first web app. The documentation is good and there's a strong community that always seems to help others when needed. Not only can you develop web apps but you can do desktop apps easily too!

For me, this has been the best environment for developing interactive websites, web applications (especially PWAs!), and mobile apps for several years now! Without programming skills, you can make simple applications here (even desktop, for Windows), but the more knowledge you have, the more possibilities open up. VisualNEO Web supports all popular web technologies without limitations! By choosing this tool, you can't be held back by a ceiling of possibilities. There will always be plenty of possibilities. Meanwhile, the program continues to actively develop, and the responsive community is always helpful. I participated in many forums and responsibly say that VisualNEO has the most friendly and responsive community I've ever encountered. And in my experience this is the best support from a developer! An important advantage of VisualNEO Web for me is that this programming environment can be used at all stages of development - from creating an interactive prototype to a full-featured application! And as a teacher, I see the program's wide potential in working with students. I am an educator and have successfully tried VisualNEO Web to teach students in a course on collaborative digital product development! So I wholeheartedly recommend this programming environment for learning and development! Thank you so much to the developer for this awesome tool for creativity!

I think visualneo web is among the best, if not the best, web development tool on the web. I've been using it for over a year and since then my development speed has quintupled. plus it has a large, friendly and knowledgeable community that makes it all the more awesome. delighted to have discovered it.

I use this product since 2 years and I am very happy. I am not an expert in html, css, javascripts but this tool is intuitive enough and with the help file and many examples loaded with the app, and the very good support from Luis and the community it is not so hard to develop its own application

An amazing piece of software that you can use to teach your children programming, make a presentation or kiosk, or create a full up application for tracking a project or scoring an event. I've made several useful tools for myself that are unique but produce solutions for me and my hobbies.
