Absolutely disgusting company. I cancelled my subscription as there was so little choice that it simply wasn't worth having a subscription lasting more than a week or two. They then 'uncancelled' my subscription without me realising, and when I emailed them to ask why, they blocked my email address so that I could no longer email the company for support. I have now had to cancel my bank card and get a new one just because of this company. They have very little to offer, take every opportunity to steal money, and then block email addresses of anybody who complains. Avoid this company, and do not let them have your card details.

Hi Justin, I’m sorry to hear you’ve had such an experience. We take user feedback seriously, carefully listen to it, and always want to either admit our own mistakes or help clarify any misunderstandings. We have looked into the transactions from an account registered under your name and have not found any trace of a cancellation prior to September 4, 2022 — in any of the three independent sources we use to recognize such action (BlueSnap, HubSpot, as well as our internal systems). On September 4, 2022, the subscription was indeed canceled and there will not be further renewals. Even if a prior cancellation had occurred, I assure you that we have no technical way (and definitely no intention whatsoever) to 'uncancel' anyone's subscription. We are sorry you believe such a thing could have occurred. What we do have on our records is the correspondence we had with you on August 5, 2022 (we responded to the first email within 8 hours, the second email within 4 minutes, and the third email within 18 minutes). In each reply, our support reminded you to cancel your subscription if you had no further desire to use it. We also explained why the refund you requested is not in line with our Policy — as the benefits of your subscription were delivered). I believe we could agree that the terms of our subscriptions are very much in line with common practices implemented by the majority of subscription-based services online. I can assure you that your email address was not blocked and you can freely reach out to us. If there were any other emails that you sent us (other than the three emails received on August 5, 2022 that we replied to), it would be great if you could forward these messages to contact@videobolt.net and we will be happy to get back to you and work to resolve this issue.
