I looked at your site, it looks very polished but had some questions before I use it

Are there reviews?
How do I put a tool on your site?
How does bounties work?
Can I ask for work to be redone when I get it or do I pay the developer and get the work as it is?
How much does this cost?
How do I make money from this? How do I get the money in my bank account
I saw another marketplace and was wondering whats the difference?
Am I still the owner of my tool when I put it on the marketplace or give to a person via bounty?
Are there refunds??
