We do not represent you before USCIS, file Form I-140 on your behalf, or provide legal advice. We help you organize, draft, and assemble a petition package that you can either file yourself or submit to an attorney for final review. **Why We Built This** The EB2-NIW process is well documented through case law (Matter of Dhanasar, 2016) and the USCIS Policy Manual. However, there is a massive gap between “understanding what USCIS wants” and “producing a 100-page petition package.” Attorneys typically charge between $8,000 and $12,000 to bridge that gap, relying heavily on templates and project management.
