Hey PH 👋. Verbier started because I had a big catalogue of product photos to cut out, and the awkward ones kept coming back rubbish. White trainers on a white floor were the worst. Boxes that ran off the edge of the photo would come back with a chunk missing. So I built my own, and once it handled those properly I tried it on people and pets too. It held up. ✅ It's an API. You send it a photo, and a couple of seconds later you get the subject back on a transparent background. In the same call you can also ask for a shadow, a cleanup pass, an upscale or a new background. It'll take up to 32 images at once. ✅ It's free for 50 images a month (no card), then $9 for 1,000 or $49 for 10,000. Failed requests don't count. At those volumes that's cheaper per image than remove.bg, Photoroom and Cloudinary. ✅ We don't keep your photos or train on them.
