@jonurbonas Thanks for asking, Jonas! Our AI Agents are trained on an extensive dataset provided by each client, so they can handle a wide range of queries right out of the gate. For the occasional edge case, we’ve built a “Human Assisted” tag that immediately notifies the customer team if a real person needs to step in. Interestingly, fewer than 1% of users actually request a live human - most queries are handled autonomously. Over time, the AI continues to learn and refine its responses based on user interactions, so it gets more sophisticated with each conversation.
