We're a small indie team that was frustrated with constantly having to restart screen recordings. Sometimes I'd personally take an hour to record a 5-minute video! So we came up with an idea to let folks pause whenever they make a mistake, rewind a few seconds, and re-record over it.
So for folks who fumble words or are often interrupted by a dog barking (like me), Vento is a great solution for you!
Other fun ideas we're planning on building soon:
- Chapter headings so your viewers can quickly skip to places in the recording
- Author annotations so when you forget to say something during the recording, you can add a quick annotation that viewers will see when watching and be forced to confirm before continuing to watch.
