Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Arhan, the solo builder behind VCPeer. Researching private markets is traditionally miserable. The status quo means either paying tens of thousands of dollars a year for an incumbent directory, or manually stitching together funding rounds, lead investors, and ecosystem maps across a dozen browser tabs. I built VCPeer to bring the "Perplexity experience" to venture data. Instead of making you click through endless directory cards to find an answer, you just ask your question in plain English. The platform scans data across 43,000+ VC firms and 140,000+ startups globally to write you a direct, cited answer. It’s still early, and building a highly reliable retrieval engine for private market data is an ongoing challenge.
