This looks like a promising platform for user research. I'm particularly interested in the AI-powered synthesis of user sessions. Could you provide a bit more detail on how this works? Specifically, how does the AI identify and categorize user pain points and delight points, and how accurate has it proven to be in your tests so far?

@ricardo_luz hey Ricardo. Thanks for the response. We are utilizing the interview transcripts for this. In the current form it is able to identify quick themes and is good enough to share with stakeholders with few edits. There are few issues with repeated points which we are trying to work through.

This is a great way to collect feedback, as you actually get to hear users opinions! I would personally use this tool, especially if you're just starting out and don't have an audience to get feedback from.
