Hi, I’m Conor, the solo founder of UploadPack. I built it after seeing creators surrounded by dashboards, keyword scores and idea generators, yet still unsure what to publish next. My goal was to create something more useful: a system that studies the creator’s channel, considers audience searches, reviews selected competitors and remembers previous decisions before recommending an opportunity. UploadPack does not just produce another list of video ideas. It identifies channel-specific opportunities, explains the supporting evidence and separates verified data from strategic judgement. Once an opportunity is selected, it can be developed into titles, thumbnail routes, hooks, descriptions, content plans and promotional assets. The product evolved from a simple publishing-pack generator into a broader decision-making workflow. The biggest change was recognising that creators often need help identifying the right idea before they need help packaging it. I’m bootstrapping UploadPack personally, so honest feedback is genuinely valuable. I’d especially like to know: Do the recommendations feel specific to the channel?
