I’m thrilled to share **Updrawer** with you today.
Like many of you, I have a "drawer of shame" - three old smartphones and a couple of aging devices just sitting there, collecting dust. Every few months I’d look at them and think: *These screens are gorgeous, the Wi-Fi works fine, why is there no simple way to make them useful again without signing up for bloatware or monthly subscriptions?* They cannot download new apps anyway.
So we asked ourselves: **What if an old device could become a dedicated smart desk display just by opening a web link?**
That’s how Updrawer was born:
1. **Zero App Store hassle:** Works directly inside Safari, Chrome, or any standard browser.
2. **Built for legacy hardware:** We specifically engineered it down to Safari 10 / iOS 10. No heavy frameworks blocking a 10-year-old iPhone from running smoothly.
3. **Desk aesthetic & utility:** Anti-burn-in OLED clocks, offline photo frames, lo-fi ambient focus sounds, and Pomodoro timers.
4. **Privacy-first:** No tracking, no mandatory accounts.
