I’m excited to introduce unCoded — a self-hosted, non-custodial crypto trading bot for Binance Spot trading. The idea behind unCoded came from a pretty simple frustration: most trading bot platforms make money whether their users do or not. After years of using subscription-based bots, we realized that fixed monthly fees often work against smaller portfolios. A bot can show gross profit on the dashboard, while the user ends up close to break-even after platform fees, exchange fees, tax software, and taxes. So we built unCoded differently. There are no monthly subscriptions. unCoded works with a profit-sharing model, meaning we only earn when the bot generates profitable trades. That creates a much healthier incentive: we win when users win. unCoded is also intentionally non-custodial. Users keep control of their assets on Binance and connect the bot via API keys. The bot runs self-hosted, giving users more transparency, flexibility, and control than most one-click platforms. We also don’t believe in selling “magic money machines.” Trading bots are not passive income buttons. They require understanding, configuration, monitoring, and realistic expectations. That’s why unCoded is built for people who want to learn how automated trading actually works — not just click a template and hope. With unCoded, our goal is to build a more honest trading bot platform: No custody. No subscription drag. No fake APY promises. No black-box strategy marketplace.
