UltiPad connects customer feedback, product decisions, roadmaps and acceptance criteria to AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor and Codex through MCP.
We are not trying to build another Jira, Notion or AI chatbot.
We believe a new software-development model is emerging.
The traditional workflow is:
**Customer → PM → Specification → Engineer → Code**
The AI-native workflow can become:
**Customer → Product Intelligence → Decision → AI Agent → Software → Outcome**
That requires a system capable of carrying product intent into the agentic development environment and bringing implementation evidence back into the product system.
We call this **ADLC — Agentic Development Lifecycle**.
UltiPad is our attempt to build the infrastructure for that workflow.
We are starting with product decision context and MCP-based agent connectivity, but the long-term opportunity is larger: becoming the control plane between **product intent and increasingly autonomous software execution**.
The timing matters because both sides of this system are changing simultaneously: product organizations are becoming more data- and AI-driven, while software development is becoming increasingly agentic.
We believe the company that connects those two worlds can define an important new layer in the modern software stack.
