🚀 We're live on Product Hunt — meet uboord
Hey hunters 👋
I’m excited to finally launch uboord on Product Hunt!
uboord is a smart task board built to help you manage tasks, deadlines, workload, capacity, and delivery in one place.
THE STORY:
The idea started from a problem I kept seeing while working with teams: workloads weren’t always balanced, deadlines were missed, and too much depended on scattered communication and constant follow-ups.
Sometimes one person is doing everything while others still have capacity.
Sometimes a deadline slips simply because something wasn’t communicated or followed up properly. And the tools we were using didn’t fully solve the way we actually worked.
So I started building a solution for the challenges we were facing.
What started as a simple internal idea grew into uboord.
🆓 Start free. Explore everything.
The Individual plan is completely free.
Create your own boards, add tasks, set deadlines, organize your work, and explore uboord without limitations during this launch phase
.
Our goal is simple: make it easy to understand, but surprisingly powerful once you start using it.
I genuinely believe uboord is something you may not have experienced before, while still knowing there is always room to improve.
For now, think of uboord as your daily task tracker: a simple place to drop your work, keep track of it, and see what needs to get done.
🧪 This launch is also our real-world test
We’re opening free accounts to real users so we can stress-test our servers, discover issues, improve the experience, and collect honest feedback.
We also have Startup and Enterprise plans with additional team features. These features are currently locked during this testing phase and will be opened later as we continue developing uboord.
So if you join now, you’re not just using the product.
You’re helping shape what it becomes.

Thank you for being part of the launch! ❤️
@rami_al_aich - interesting idea, but seems there may be a gap in your pricing, what about smaller teams of say 2 or 3 members? Best of luck with the launch.
@codeandsea Thanks for pointing that out! 🙌 For now, the Startup account is the way to go for smaller teams, and we believe it’s a good option for teams looking to start small and scale as they grow. We’ll definitely keep your feedback in mind as we refine our pricing. Really appreciate the support! 🚀
🚀 New Uboord update!
We’ve just launched our Startup & Enterprise accounts, opening up more advanced features for growing teams and organizations.
The big one is our Workload Engine — our smart system for understanding team capacity, workload, and delivery. It’s designed to go beyond the usual “assign a task and check it off” approach.
We believe there’s nothing quite like it in traditional task management, and this is just the beginning. Would love to hear what you think! 🙌
The workload view is the interesting part here. Seeing who is over capacity before deadlines start slipping feels much more useful than just another task board. Nice work on this.
@simarmalhi Exactly — that’s the idea. It’s not just about seeing what needs to be done, but understanding the team’s capacity before workload turns into missed deadlines. Appreciate you noticing that!
