I’m excited to finally launch uboord on Product Hunt!
uboord is a smart task board built to help you manage tasks, deadlines, workload, capacity, and delivery in one place.
THE STORY:
The idea started from a problem I kept seeing while working with teams: workloads weren’t always balanced, deadlines were missed, and too much depended on scattered communication and constant follow-ups.
Sometimes one person is doing everything while others still have capacity.
Sometimes a deadline slips simply because something wasn’t communicated or followed up properly. And the tools we were using didn’t fully solve the way we actually worked.
So I started building a solution for the challenges we were facing.
What started as a simple internal idea grew into uboord.

We’re opening free accounts to real users so we can stress-test our servers, discover issues, improve the experience, and collect honest feedback.
We also have Startup and Enterprise plans with additional team features. These features are currently locked during this testing phase and will be opened later as we continue developing uboord.
