I have played over 20 typing games so far, but something felt amiss. I've always wanted to make a game which was simple to play and understand, but hard to master. Driving my kick from simple and beautiful products, here's my attempt at a minimal, yet fun, typing game. I've designed the game to be painful the first few times you play it. But soon enough you start picking pace, watching your typos, and engaging with the community on Twitter (#TypeType) and the Leaderboard. I have a lot of ideas in mind for the future of this game (some of which involve music ... shh🤫) and private leaderboards. But for now, this is my gift to you.
