My wife and I were going through one of the darkest periods of our relationship. Communication was completely dead, months of silence, stonewalling, on the brink of divorce. Nothing was working. So I thought, why not try building something. I doubted it would do anything. I mostly needed an escape. A month later I asked her to just download it. A few days after that she started asking questions about how it worked. We've both been using it daily ever since, and our relationship is now at one of the best stages it's ever been. The problem I kept coming back to: most people already turn to AI for relationship advice, but AI only knows one side. It listens to you, agrees with you, and eventually tells you you're right about everything, including leaving. Sage is different. She listens to both partners. She learns who each person actually is through daily check-ins, mood logs, love and apology language profiles, games, and personality insights. She understands your schedules, your dynamic, your patterns. Then she starts guiding you on how to show up for your partner on good days, and especially on hard ones. Using Twoward changed me. How does Sage actually reconcile when the two sides tell pretty different stories about the same fight, and does that ever end up making one partner feel ganged up on?

@adilngoz Hi Adil, great question! Each partner can have their own private conversation with Sage and its true each can tell their own story, but Sage can bring both in together into one chat (by request - not forced). She will literally sit them both down, let them answer (turn-based), read what they’re saying, then by request steps in. She will de-escalate, acknowledge both, ask a question to one of them (the question serves to also further de-escalate and steer the conversation towards resolution and repair). Also, she will never pick sides or gang up on someone.

The both-sides concept finally makes sense, most AI advice ignores half the story. Sage picked up on something small my partner and I were both avoiding and gently named it.

@ercansusamrokb Exactly how it works! To make it even better? After she's done mediating, she reaches out to you in private and tells you "here's what you could have done better". You can mark it as a growth area and she will help you work on it.
