Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built Fidget Illusion around one simple question: Can an iPhone make you feel an object that isn’t actually there? The first experiment was a steel ball. Move your iPhone and a virtual ball responds using real-time physics. When it hits the wall, haptics and metallic sound are synchronized with the collision. There’s no real ball inside the phone — but your hand may feel like there is. I also added three other tactile experiences: a vertical steel ball, a ratchet dial, and bubble popping. The unusual thing about this app is that screenshots and videos can’t really show its main feature. You have to hold it.
